Hey guys. I’m Leah. Thanks for stopping by!
I’m a 4’11” runner, yogi, gluten-free foodie, and a co-leader for the MA/RI chapter of the Oiselle Volée. After years as a dedicated non-athlete, I picked up running in my 20s and have completely fallen in love. I have run 14 half marathons and 3 full marathons, and I recently achieved my dream of qualifying for the Boston Marathon. You can learn more about my marathon training here and read race recaps/peek at my current PRs here.
I have some big running goals! Top of the list are breaking 20 minutes in the 5k, completing the Boston Marathon (more on that story is here), and completing a trail 50k.
In addition to all things running, I work in the nonprofit sector and have an MBA in Nonprofit Management that I pursued part-time while working and training for marathons. I was diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2009 but eat pretty much anything that doesn’t contain gluten (ice cream and Reeses are my faves). I recently got married to a pretty amazing guy and we love hiking, traveling, and adventuring together.
