While I started out as a gluten free blogger, more often than not I’m thinking and writing about fitness these days. I have officially been bitten by the running bug and love sharing my experiences! For other pace-obsessed folks out there, here’s a PR rundown:

My love for running is up there with my love for yoga, and I’ll definitely be sharing my yoga and other fitness related adventures with you guys. I’m always up for something new–trapeze, bootcamp, aerial yoga, you name it!
I plan to keep popping in with food-related updates every once in a while. I was diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2009 and have been on a gluten-free diet ever since. I LOVE food–like every hungry runner! The fabulous foodie city of Boston is bursting with hidden gf gems, and I have a blast sharing my thoughts with all of you out there looking to live healthy, affordable lifestyles in Boston and beyond.
